Overview

The KUBTEC PARAMETER® line is the company's cabinet X-ray platform for the research laboratory, running from straightforward high-resolution radiography up to multislice tomosynthesis. Across the line, Image Blender™ overlays the X-ray onto an optical photograph of the same specimen so the signal is read against real anatomy, and DIGIMUS Multi turns scans into quantitative bone mineral density and whole-body composition figures aligned with DXA methodology. Merkel Technologies supplies the complete PARAMETER range in Israel.

Use Cases

PARAMETER® X-ray System: the core 2D system, for in-vivo and ex-vivo life-science imaging and forensic work. Automatic calibration with no warm-up, Image Blender, up to 1.8× magnification, in benchtop or tower configuration.
PARAMETER® 3D Tomosynthesis System: adds three-dimensional imaging — global and region-of-interest bone mineral density analysis, and 3D tomography where a single projection cannot resolve the question.
PARAMETER® Supra Tomosynthesis System: the most capable of the line: multislice radiography, a 90 kV source and a large integrated viewing screen, built for demanding preclinical and scientific studies.
Bone density and body composition: DIGIMUS Multi quantifies fat, lean and bone across the line.
Specimen radiography: high-resolution imaging of excised tissue and material samples.
