Merkel Technologies Ltd. ("Merkel", "we") supplies advanced scientific and industrial instrumentation in Israel. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes, service and support.
- To contact researchers and industry professionals, by email, about instruments and services relevant to their published field of work. We contact each person once; we do not add anyone to a recurring mailing list without consent, in accordance with Israel's Communications Law (Amendment 40).

What we do not do

We use established service providers to operate (email, CRM and website hosting). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may share information where required by law.
