Overview

Innovative, non-contact 3D scanning system for rapid (40 seconds) scanning of objects and parts ranging in size from several centimeters to 6.5 meters. Standalone scanning or scanning of objects/parts on assembly lines. 3D resolution of (e.g.) 40 micron resolution for parts up to 1.7m in size.

Use Cases

Dimensional quality control: comparing a manufactured part against its CAD model across the whole surface, not at sampled points.
GD&T inspection at production speed: geometric tolerancing checks fast enough to keep up with the line.
Assembly-line scanning: parts scanned in place on the line, or as a standalone station.
Reverse engineering: capturing existing geometry where no current model exists.
Large objects: parts from a few centimetres up to 6.5 metres.
