Overview

RX Solutions builds configurable X-ray CT systems for industrial and academic laboratories, where the priority is resolution and flexibility rather than production throughput. The EasyTom line covers three part sizes: EasyTom S for small parts at high resolution, EasyTom L for medium parts with both microfocus and nanofocus sources, and EasyTom XL for large objects up to 720 mm in length. Systems are configurable — up to two X-ray sources and two detectors — so one instrument can combine a microfocus source for general scanning with a nanofocus source for the finest detail, and a flat panel for overall coverage with an sCMOS detector for high-resolution imaging of a small object or a region of interest inside a larger one.
